We have seen the photo and/or video you publicly posted on social media and we would like your permission to share the Image on the Peter Rabbit social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook.

For this purpose, we may use your name, social media handle and likeness as these will be displayed alongside our repost. Our use of the Image and the above details shall comply with our Privacy Policy at https://www.penguin.co.uk/about/useful-links/privacy-policy

If you are happy to consent to our reposting the Image as described above, please review the following terms and conditions and, if you accept them, please fill out the form below and respond to our DM with ‘I consent to Penguin Random House reposting the Image’.

Terms & Conditions:

You agree that:

1.    You have the right to grant us this consent or have obtained all consents necessary including by parental/guardian authority (or written permission) in respect of all of the children identifiable in the Image for us to repost the Image;

2.    To the best of your knowledge and belief our use of the Image shall not infringe any existing copyright or licence, design right and/or similar rights;

3.    The Image does not breach the rules of the social media platform;

4.    We may use the Image free of charge and that we may edit, copy, add to or adapt the Image;

5.    We may store the Image electronically on a digital asset management system or database we use; and

6.    We may store and process your personal data or the personal data of any other person identifiable in the Image solely for the purposes above.

7.    You or any other person identifiable in the Image (or their parent or guardian if they are under 18) may withdraw their consent to our use of the Image, or our  processing of personal data by notifying us at any time by email to [email protected].

In addition, we may also wish to use the Image on promotional videos and showreels for our internal and external marketing, advertising and publicity including with other companies within our international group of companies. If so, we will seek your written permission to do so beforehand.
