1. Where can I find out more about Peter Rabbit merchandise?

2. I am a retailer interested in stocking Peter Rabbit merchandise. How do I go about this?

Please contact Chorion Ltd who will put you in touch with relevant suppliers.

3. Do you have a recommended retailer?

We do not have a recommended retailer but the Peter Rabbit books are available from all good bookshops or online at us.penguingroup.com. Please contact Chorion Ltd for information on merchandise stockists.

4. I have a query about my online order. Who should I contact?

Please email ecommerce@us.penguingroup.com with your order confirmation number and a member of the team will be in touch.

5. What do I do if there is something wrong with my book?

We apologise for any errors that occurred during the printing process. For severe defects such as missing pages or improper binding, please return the book to the store where you purchased it and they will replace the copy.

Please note: Penguin cannot replace books purchased from bookshops (as opposed to books purchased from our website). This is because we sell our stock to the bookshops and they are then responsible for dealing with any faulty products in accordance with their own returns policies.

If you are unhappy with any product you purchase on this website for any reason (other than any ebook, which cannot, by reason of its nature, be returned. See the Terms & Conditions of sale for further information), you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund. If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will refund the postage costs.

To make a return please email details of the fault to ecommerce@us.penguingroup.com. This email address is specifically dedicated to enquiries concerning books that have been ordered online through us.penguingroup.com.

All Beatrix Potter’s illustrations and tales are owned by Frederick Warne & Co. and cannot be used without permission from the Frederick Warne Rights Department. 12. Where can I get more information/valuation of my Peter Rabbit collectable(s)?

Unfortunately we are unable to authenticate and value these ourselves; the best places to contact are either Sotheby's or Christies who both have a drop-in valuation service.

Internship Program

Penguin Group (USA) offers paid internship opportunities in various business areas such as contracts, editorial, graphic design, managing editorial, marketing, production, publicity, sales, subsidiary rights, and operations. In its January 2006 issue, Seventeen Magazine recognized Penguin as one of the 17 best internships in the country!

The internship program consists of three 10-week long sessions. During the spring and fall, interns work 14 hours per week. During the summer, interns work 28 hours per week.

A series of lunch events are planned for summer interns. Brown Bag lunches give interns the opportunity to learn about different departments, and group lunches are designed to allow interns to network with each other as well as employees across the company.
